During my internship at Airbnb, I designed an Experience Design Intern Guide for Airbnb University Recruiting team.

OBJECTIVES

Give college students easily accessible and digestible suggestions on how to prepare for the internship application.
Provide the Airbnb University Recruiting team with a tangible format of the internship information that can be spread to college students.

The intern guide was printed and spread to all the universities the recruiting team has traveled to. It's a pleasure to hear that the guide has been popular among the students.
